We ship all of our products by UPS Ground, unless express shipping is chosen upon checkout.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your product and would like to return it, we will accept returns on products for up to 30 days from the initial date of purchase as long as the product has not been removed from the original packaging.
All Olympic-Queen-Sheets.com products are warranted to be free of any defects in material and workmanship. If a defect is found, then the manufacturer of the product will cover the warranty on the product. If the manufacturer refuses to cover a warranty, Olympic-Queen-Sheets.com will cover the warranty as long as all proper care techniques were taking for the linens. Our goal is to have no customer leave us unhappy.
